One plan health insurance claum for otc
Pathetic medical aid insurance. First time trying loading otc money on card. Claimed R275 . Was informed i exceded my limit. Hallo whats to use to have health insurance then Totally unacceptable and disgusting. Will be cancelling my membership soon

We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
We have reviewed your complaint and have attempted to contact you to address your concerns, however, the call rings until it goes to voicemail. In response to your OTC claim, kindly note that the funds were loaded into your Oneplan claims card on 19/07/2025, and the funds are still on the card at the moment. The SMS you received regarding a rejected claim was triggered when a duplicate OTC claim was attempted, whereas the first one is still active and new. We can confirm that the annual limit for the OTC benefit has not been exceeded on your policy.
Kindly note that funds remain on the card for 48 hours from the time they are loaded and if they are not utilized within this time-frame, they will be reversed as a security measure and in order to access the funds, you will have to load a new claim.
Once again, we apologize for the experience you've had and hope this clarifies the matter at hand.
