One Plan Has A Gem In Lucy
I contacted One Plan through WhatsApp requesting to change my contact details and I was assisted by Lucy who responded to my text very promptly. Everything was done in 5 minutes, and I got my updated policy schedule with my new contact details within those 5 minutes. Her service was swift and stress free.
