One plan card never recieved since opening my account.
I'm not sure how i feel about this insurance anymore, I've rejoined them in Jan2023 and its April 2023 (all debit orders taken) , still haven't received a card , at this point I've been paying for my dog cash when taking him to vets and am really wondering do i even need this pet insurance .
