One Plan
Razia Yousuf was so friendly, helpful, easy to understand and understanding the product she was selling. The way she was explaining the differences between the plans that one plan insurance offers, was out of this world.
Worse part of it, I'm a black African man, but Razia Yousuf could speak my home language which is Setswana, just to make sure that I understand and choose the cover that will suite my needs not hers.
I thank you Razia and I'm looking forward to the plan I chose according to my needs. Thank you for your time and patience when I was asking patience and your humanity. God bless.
