ONE PLAN - a plan to improve
4 stars because of call from Mereshnie she explained the situation with my PET, and explained how the policy works. She knows he business and made it very simple. made up a bit for the additional stress the consultants placed upon me. i have decided to hold back on cancelling the policy very little else resolved by Mereshnie to be honest, like bad service, denying they received my invoices, app time outs - but she same across as sincere - apologetic at this time is a part of the job. Well done to her..
