PLEASE DO NOT USE ONE PLAN!!!! YOU WILL WAIST YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT PAY WHAT THEY SAY THEY DO......STAY AWAY FROM THEM I WANT TO WARN YOU ALL. I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THEM 1 YEAR ALREADY JUST TO PAY THE HOSPITAL WITH OUR DREADED DISEASE COVER AND THEY WILL NOT DO IT. MY WIFE HAS BRAIN CANCER AND I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR NONSENSE.

We're truly sorry for what has transpired.
Kindly note that we did not refuse to authorize the Dread Disease cover. As you have already claimed from a different entity- we're unable to assist as you cannot claim from 2 different entities for the same event.
In order for us to assist in this regard, we will require the claim statement from the other service provider. Please do send the statement to *** with the ID or policy number included.

31 Jul 2019, 14:44Please get your facts straight. According to the law, one can have as many dreaded disease cover policies as one wants. The limitation only applies to income protection policies. Kindly note that your behaviour will be referred to the Ombudsman.
