One Plan

I wish to report on my experience with One Plan. A few years ago I had a dispute with One Plan regarding a misunderstanding regarding their policy wording. Legally they were covered. I did not really have a case but they went out of their way to accommodate me. The person I dealt with was Ms Lilian Mohr. She was absolutely helpful and to be honest, I was very surprised at the commitment I experienced from her towards her customers.<br> I recently had a further dealing with One Plan. They introduced a new cover plan for which I do not qualify due to my age. I tried everything I could think of as I am in dire need of an operation but the cover plan I have with One Plan only covered about half the cost.<br> I first spoke to a Mr Ronald Govender from their Head Office and am so impressed with his professional attitude and handling of my meeting with him. Although he could not help me, he suggested I contact Ms Lilian Mohr. I did and again this lady bent backward to help. One Plan again was completely within their right to refuse to help, but Ms Lilian Mohr cared so much about me as her client that she upgraded me to the new plan even as she knew that I will be g
