One Pet take twice debit order amount

One Pet have taken double the amount of the agreed debit order, and acknowledged this error on 01 April 2016. They said they would pay the money back into my account. It is now 18 April 2016, and I have not received the payment, even though I have followed up (with no response).<br> <br> I will be moving my pet insurance to another company. <br>
