ONE PET IMPOSSIBLE TO USE

I have been very disappointed in the way I have been treated by One Pet. I joined two of my dogs about three years ago. I did try and use my card on several occasions but it never worked even though I complained on numerous occasions. After having written to them on many occasions, and phoned on many more to no avail I asked to speak to someone in a senior position, which I was denied. I have paid dutifully every month for this policy. A week or two ago I complained on a Face Book Ad. As I have been away from my electronic communication since then, I yesterday, discovered several messages from one of their staff to call them back, and a message stating that my policy has been cancelled. I think I have been treated appallingly by One Pet since I have comp**** with my payments and have never, not once, claimed from them because of the difficulties I have experienced. I am furious and I will be taking the matter to the consumer council and will also seek legal intervention today. My experience with One Pet has been extremely disappointing...more than that...much, much more....
