Our dog Levi sadly died suddenly after protracting an illness. I would like to say that, after starting off rather badly with the call centre, a lady by the name of Tumelo Madi Claims Consultant Oneplan Service Center assisted me in getting the claim sorted out quickly and with great empathy, it was a pleasure to deal with her. She should be given a gold star
