One of the employees, Lucy Ramokoka recently helped us as we were confused on what to do about our car insurance photos . She gave us step by step instructions on what to do and how to do it and over all very nice customer service . As always the One Plan company is very welcoming and friendly with 10/10 services. We love that they have fast and efficient staff that care about their customers. Would highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable for what you are getting .
