On Thursday 27 June I used the One Plan chat line and received astounding service from Thembakazi Mbalane
On Thursday 27 June I used the One Plan chat line and received astounding service from Thembakazi Mbalane. He came on line very quickly. Despite it being a busy time for call centres (15h30 near month end) Thembakazi responded promptly to each question I had. He was patient and courteous and provided thorough information. It was a super customer experience and it made my day! Thank you Thembakazi Mbalane.
