Nthabiseng Vega, service like I have never had before.
Nthabiseng Vega, I wish I could meet with you and thank you in person. I was told by my Dr on Thursday that I need to have surgery done on the following Monday. I called Oneplan and a lady Nthabiseng Vega assisted me with all my needs. She was extremely friendly, helpful, caring and very proficient, she asked me questions regarding my op and got back to me with information within minutes. She handled my claim brilliantly. Wow! I haven't experienced service like this in a very, very long time. Keep on keeping on with what you do, I wish you well. Thank you once again.
