Not sure this One was the right Plan to choose
I actually no longer know why I joined you...
I do not claim without good reason but stuff happens and that is why you have pet insurance. Not with OnePlan...always some reason why they cannot pay, not even for standard procedures.
Seem I am paying you and the vet....so why are you in the picture then?

We appreciate you taking our call today. As discussed on the call, voluntary sterilisation is covered from the Pet Med Savings benefit on your policy up to the cover limit. Our policy schedule states the following regarding Pet Med Savings - 3.2 “Pet Med Savings” means access to a savings wallet that may be used towards preventative care claims for your insured pet and includes, voluntary sterilisation, vaccinations, deworming, tick and flea control, and anal gland expression, dental scaling and polishing and nail clipping, chronic medication, hydro and physiotherapy (which wasn't covered under in-hospital), shortfalls (the amount you are responsible for where claims are partially paid) and excesses that forms part of the overall day to day annual limit. As a result, your fur baby's sterilisation will be covered from the Pet Med Savings benefit up to the cover limit. We have ensured that your available Pet Med Savings are made available in your One card for you to use towards the cost of this procedure.
Our policies are governed by certain terms and conditions, which are provided to you in all policy documents both before and during your engagement with us. It is imperative that these terms and conditions are adhered to and app**** consistently for all clients. Rest assured, we prioritise the well-being of your beloved pets and will do everything within our power to assist you, within the framework of our terms and conditions. It's important to note that we operate under the regulations of the FAIS Act and adhere to the TCF policy to ensure equitable service and coverage for all our clients.
