Not reliable!!!

One Pet is a **** company For three months I have been given the run around regarding the money they owe me. On the 31 July I had to pay for one of my pets claim out of my own pocket, they told me that they will reimburse me for the money and until today the 07/10/2019 I have not received my money. I submitted all the invoice required on the 2nd August 2019 and have the emails to proof it. whenever I call I get placed on hold for a very long time after that my call gets hanged up!!!!!! It the entire three months I only managed to get through to the client services twice of which in the first instance they **** to me telling me that the money will be deposited into my account within 24hr, but yet I have not received it. the second time today, when I called a number of times while being dropped and calling again, I managed to speak to a lady who to my surprise now says that there is no documentation of an invoice on there profile and that I should what's up them!!!!!!!!! This people have shown no intentions to pay me back. and would urge people not to sign up with them. Save yourself the trouble.
