Not impressed and deeply disappointed.
After being a member for over 2 years with no claims at all, my dog got diagnosed with kidney disease and the claim was repudiated. I'll be moving to a better pet insurer with immediate effect.

For a claim to be considered under Illness Cover, the invoice must reflect details of a procedure and/or treatment administered for the diagnosed condition. With your plan being a hospital plan, on which we do not cover diagnostics procedures the claim has been repudiated. Diagnostic procedures are only covered under the Veterinarian Visits cover limits, applicable only on our comprehensive Classic and Super Plans. Kind RegardsOneplan
