Not good enough
I am at my wits end and have spent so much time communicating on Whatsapp but still the issues persist. I don't have the capacity to spend hours on chatting ro comsultants while playing a waiting game. Not once have I been able to load a doctor's visit or a script without getting a FAILED on the screen. Today I have tried 5 times to load funds for a script but no luck. What happens in an emergency?? I need someone to sort this out pronto because OnePlan definitely does not deliver on your promises made when you signed me up.

26 Feb 2025, 12:52Dear Gloria,
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience which has been caused and for the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
We have acknowledged your complaint and attempted to contact you on the phone number listed, to no avail.
Kindly note that upon investigation, we have noted that the last General Practitioner claim was loaded on 2025/02/05 and the funds for the claim were loaded into your Oneplan Claims card. The funds were reversed after 48 hours due to not being utilized. If the funds are not used within 48 hours, they will be returned to OnePlan and you will have to load a new claim in order to get the funds.
As per our system, the annual limit of the Scripted Medication benefit has been exceeded, hence you are unable to load a new Scripted Medication claim. SMSes have been sent to the phone number listed on the policy with this information with every attempt to load the funds.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope this will restore your experience with our services.
Kind regards,
Oneplan.

26 Feb 2025, 13:00Thank you for your reply. I have not been able to receive calls and have changed my number on the app. Please call again.
I distinctly asked about limits on scripts and I was told that there are no limits as long as I stay within the annual day to day benefit. I made it very clear that I am on chronic medication and what I pay monthly and now you tell me I have exceeded the limit after 2 months! That is preposterous and I was not told the truth if that is the case.
