No response regarding cancelation
I have pet insurance for over 7 years and have never had issues, however recently, the increases have become ridiculous. I found alternatives cover and called , spoke to Daniel who sent a request to retention & advised some will call me in 2/3 working days. 1 week still no call. I called again & spoke to Tuli, she confirmed my request was sent and she will escalate it. Still no response I had requested by policy to be canceled end of May as I cant afford the increase effective 1 June. Very disappointed with the service.
