No Response On Cancellation

Good Day <br> <br> On the 29th October I sent an email stating that I would like to cancel my policy and I gave a reason why. I got a response that a consultant would contact me in 48 hours. I got no call or follow up email, I then emailed again on the 4th November, to find out if my policy has been cancelled. I received an email stating that my email had been sent to the right department and someone would contact me. It is now the 9th November ( way over the 48 hours I was told via email ) and I still do not know if my policy has been cancelled. <br> <br>
