No response

I have been trying to cancel my policy since the first of December the receptionist keeps saying that the cancellation people are unreachable as they are external agents so i cannot even get the policy cancelled over the phone , i always get the same story that they will contact me and nobody has done so i have sent in 3 emails now and have gotten an automated response confirming that they have received my email
