No response

I took my dog to the vet who kept him overnight. I sent the invoice to Mashudu Raphulu on 23 August. By the 28 August I had not received a response. I emailed Mashudu again asking if he had received it. Still no response. On the 29 August I emailed him once again to ask if he was planning on responding. On the 30 August he eventually responded by saying he was not at work. Granted, I completely understood, however, Oneplan should consider "out of office" replies. By the 13 September I had still not received a response. I emailed again on 16 September and Mashudu has still not bothered responding to my emails. Oneplan is by far the worst insurance I have dealt with. I have cancelled my pet cover and have changed to a great company called MediPet, who happens to offer more than 4 vet visits a year. I have also cancelled my own health insurance with Oneplan and have gladly moved over to Discovery Health. Discovery is more expensive, however, it works out cheaper in the long run as I only pay R50 per doctor's visit unlike Oneplan who pays R310 of a R500 consultation. I am extremely livid that I am being ignored and being provided with well below average service.

Reviewer Update
I've been waiting for a response since the 23 August. I aired my views on HelloPeter on 22 September. OnePlan responded with a pathetic apology a day or 2 later. It's the 30 September and nothing has been resolved. I find it interesting that both mine and my dog's cover ends today (thank goodness). Are they going to throw that in my face as an excuse not to process my claim? I am so grateful that I'll be covered by Discovery and my dog by MediPet as of October 1st. This is like drawing blood from a stone.
