No empty promises - they deliver!

Good day, I would like to share my wonderful experience I have received from Oneplan Health Insurance on the 18th of May 2018.

I needed someone to assist me with my Oneplan card/claim, and Tricia Mmotsa was kind and patient enough to give me several call-backs as promised and expected. She was patient enough to handle my query and did not hesitate to call me back every time I asked her to give me 10 more minutes to reach the ATM to draw the money for my consultation.

I'm really grateful for her excellent services and my doctor's visit claim was processed and loaded successfully on that day. I believe Tricia Mmotsa is the Customer Relationship Manager and I can now understand why she deserves this title. Tricia Mmotsa and the Oneplan team delivered excellent services.
