No Emergency Number Cause me to...
I have a Oneplan Health Plan. I were in an Accident 2 weeks ago and I were sent to via a Government Ambulance to a Government hospital as the paramedics did not recognised my Card. I were in a coma and could not talk I woke up 4 days later in a Government hospital.
I called your Company and asked to speak to a Manager the gentleman who answered said he is a Manager and every time I talk about the fact that there is no Emergency number on the card he has a different excuse. I asked to speak to Michael Otten and every time I get transferred to some other department.
I would like Mr. Otten to call me so we can fix this problem.
Hi Nardus,
Thank you for raising this issue with us. You have raised valid points regarding emergency numbers on the Onecard. We have taken note of this and have escalated it to Mr. Otten.
We would like to request that you provide us with more information about your accident to investigate this matter further. If you could please inform us of the ambulance service that was used to transport you as we are contracted with ER24 so they are aware of our product.
Regards,
The Oneplan Team
