No care attitude
I am suffering from bad tonsillitis and am told about waiting periods, I'm am a few days off of my 12 month waiting period but get told I cannot be helped. I am in so much pain and receive a letter from one plan saying I should take liability for my treatment or go to a public facility. I have also received an almost 30% premium hike within the time 11 months that I have had my policy. They have a take it or leave it attitude. Im fed up with one plan

As per previous telephonic discussion with the call centre staff, we are unable to assist with claims that are made within a specific waiting period.
Kindly refer to point 1.4.2.5 in our Terms and Conditions: \In the event of a claim being declined due to either being in the waiting period or due to a pre-existing condition
