No card - and for how long must one wait

I became a member of One Plan - and although on the lower scheme - I have still not received my card. It seems (regretfully) that you have an ongoing problem with your service provider. If one joins a scheme and pays a \once of joining fee"wouldn't it serve you better if you actually made people feel welcome and part of their company by giving them the welcome pack? I understand that with public holidays there may be a backlog - but if one looks at the Hello Peter website - this seems to be an on going problem (and the public are no longer ******** - and very weary of ****s) . If your service provider is letting you down - get someone else - but don't leave your public unattended to - they will simply go elsewhere. """
