Nightmare Insurance

They suspended my insurance without notification for payment. Debit order did go through I given proof. Yet still I’m suspended. They are very *********** insurance and plus they took off R200 short. What type of incompetence is this. I’m going to put it on hello peter and taking it to ombudsman. Their consultants don’t call you back... Do not use them.. they are *********** I’ve never had so much hassle with insurance in my life. They short debit your account and then suspend you. They take your money and they can’t find the money then suspend you. You provide photos six months ago and then they say they want more photos of your tyres. Nightmare since inception.
