Nightmare admin

Yoh its a nightmare to deal with. Every appointment you must send through invoice and POP. If there are any discrepancies you must go back to the Dr, Oneplan does not call to just confirm minor details.

Dear Verah,

Thank you for taking our call earlier and allowing us the opportunity to further discuss the matter at hand.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and processes to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations as we do value you as our client.

Upon investigation, we discovered that there is an outstanding Dentistry claim that needs to be finalized. Records confirm that a Dentistry claim was loaded and the funds were withdrawn from an ATM. Please note that for any payments made with cash where the funds are withdrawn and not paid directly using the One-card, we would require a cash receipt as proof of payment, together with a detailed invoice.

Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly to all clients. We do have your best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.

As per our telephonic conversation, we have proceeded to send an email to your listed email address and we will revert to you with the relevant feedback.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan
