We recently lost our fur baby and a week later, I received a beautiful condolences card and gift from the team., We adopted a rescue from the SPCA and requested via the app for someone to please call me, so I could add him to the policy. Early evening I received the call from Keoagile Mosime, and within 20 minutes, our new baby was added and new premium amount supp****. The entire conversation was conducted with such understanding and empathy. He is a true ambassador for your company!
