NEVER TRUST ONE PLAN THEY DONT KNOW THERE OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Oneplan has failed in its case with my dad imagine declining someone for a condition that was listed in 2014 and clearly stating a one year exclusion on it at that time.In 2020 when we claim they say declined subsequently my dad in this case was denied the necessary care. The next day after much arguments etc he was approved subsequently losing his life along the way.Poor oneplan could have treated him earlier would he be here now we won't know but yes i hold one plan responsible and sorry is not going to do it.While all this was going on the agent subsequently also.told my brothers and i we are not the policy holders so his not obliged to give us information. Then theres a repatriation and funeral benefit which one plan is refusing to pay because the beneficiary is my late mother and in there app or the original documents sent theres no place where it says the name of a beneficiary .Basically one plan possibly cost my dad his life due to the incompetence or mis interpretation of there own policy.Yes this becomes a legal matter which im not willing to let go.And I will not give any leniency like how yourll term your details.Im contactable via email and i will give u my contact number once u reply to me

Hi Prishern,

Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of your father.

The initial claim was declined because the condition that your dad was requesting authorization for is symptomatically related to a total exclusion on his policy.
The claim was then reviewed and the authorization granted as leniency due to the times we live in with the COVID-19 pandemic before we learned of your late father diagnosis. The claim has been subsequently covered up to the cover limit on the policy.

With regards to the  repatriation and the death cover benefit, the claims will be paid out to the estate as the beneficiary is no longer with us. Please refer to the email we have sent on the process in getting the claims paid. This clause is covered in the policy terms and condition.

Kind Regards
Oneplan

Hi Prischern,

The repatriation cover is not to cover the funeral costs.
Repatriation pertains to the movement of mortal remains or delivery of the body of the deceased from one funeral parlour morgue to the other, regrettably the invoice received doesn't indicate this and thus will not be covered.

Kind Regards
