Never smooth

I was not planning on writing a review but was requested to do so. So here goes. No claim (of mine) is ever smooth with Oneplan Pet. Since moving Max from his previous medical insurer to Oneplan I have only spent time on phone calls and emails to sort out claims. The claims are always fixed after a phone call or two or three but it has not once been done correctly the first time. Hats off to Tumelo Madi who handled by most recent issue efficiently and in record time. Thank you Tumelo.
