Nathanuel Phillips
Nathanuel Phillips made an effort to arrange calls to discuss pet insurance, so that it suited me. He is knowledgeable about his product and explained everything well. I like to understand exactly what I am signing up for, and he spoke too fast at times, so that I could not follow him. However, he was very accommodating to explain everything again at a slower pace. Great service Nathanuel, just work on not flying through your words.
