My policy was recently cancelled whilst my premium was up to date
My policy was recently cancelled whilst my premium was up to date. I approached Oneplan and I was assisted by Rutendo Adelaide Zimbiti who was kind, helpful, patient and professional when dealing with my problem. The lady eventually got my policy reinstated. I Thank her very much
