My pets have been insured with OnePlan since 2016 I've always received impeccable service from them Last week my one doggy passed away and OnePlan has shown so much understanding and compassion throughout this time Shari Govender assisted me to remove my deceased doggy from the policy, and she was so kind and helpful conveying condolences to me on the loss of my dearest doggy
