My pet had a sterilization appointment scheduled for the following day, and I wasn’t sure how to claim and load the funds onto my One Plan card
My pet had a sterilization appointment scheduled for the following day, and I wasn’t sure how to claim and load the funds onto my One Plan card. LITERALLY within seconds Krystal Munsami was on the whatsapp line explaining the process and also offering to load the funds onto my card for me. I’ve never had such a seamless experience with any other insurer and I’m SO IMPRESSED! Thank you Krystal and One Plan for helping me take such good care of my fur baby!🫶🏼
