My kitty furbaby is really not well and I have to take her to the vet tomorrow. I got assistance extremely fast, despite notification of a high call volume. I really want to thank Njabulo Dhlamini for absolute awesome service. Fast, efficient and with such a friendly and empathetic manner. Thank you Oneplan, and a big shout-out to *Njabulo Dhlamini*!!
