My furbaby (cat) has severe arthritis in his lower back and hind legs and needs to be on chronic medication. *Krystal Munsami* from OnePlan Pet Insurance went above and beyond to assist me with this matter. She was extremely efficient, extremely patient, spend a really long time explaining everything to me. She assisted me with a Pet Med Booster which doubles my furbaby's chronic medication limit at less than R100. Krystal Munsami and OnePlan Pet Insurance.....you are the BEST!! Thank you!
