My fur baby is very ill today and I nees to get her to the vet asap. Using the Oneplan app is so convenient, but what was even more amazing is that Mapaseka Dinake was able to assist me straight away, before 08:00. I needed some help loading a new card and even though I could then use the app to load my claim, Mapasake was very kind and helpful to do it from their side. Thank you for great service. Always.
