My dog Gary had a tumor in his neck affecting his breathing and needed surgery. From start to finish, Oneplan was caring and efficient. The hospital was paid directly by Oneplan who covered everything in hospital. Special thanks to Eugene and Heather who were exceptional through this stressful time. Oneplan is the best pet insurance company with staff who genuinely care about animals and their owners. Their kindness and efficiency made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
