My claims were halted due to an unfinished claim
My claims were halted due to an unfinished claim. This morning I asked to speak to an Agent and Ntokozo Sokamisa assisted me. I am thrilled by her professionalism, knowledge of the product, efficiency and friendliness. Although my query is not fully resolved, I am delighted by her service
