Multiple claims from Oneplan over a 3 day period

Cynthia Kekana helped me recently with multiple claims over a 3 day period that I submitted all at once. With some being payments with invoices, others claims and none of them corrosponding with the claims I put in onto my card previously. I thaught it would be a struggle but all I did was email photos of all the invoices and a few hours later I received a phone call notifying me that all is done and I have been refunded. Super easy and the friendliest service I have received. Thank you Cynthia and Oneplan! Happy customer!
