Ms. Palesa Mabiletsa was very friendly and helpful when I called customer service. She made the administrative call a good experience. My mood was better after the call than before. 🙂 For the OnePlan policy though, I feel that the benefits are a bit low for day to day costs, relative to the amount paid for the executive plan. Also, it is very cumbersome to preload every time, and then also to upload the invoice.

We have 4 different Health Insurance plans, and each plan has a different cover limit, you will be covered up to the respective cover limit depending on the Plan type that you are covered on. As a medical insurance, our cover or benefits have specific limits applicable and there are annual cover limits on all our cover types which will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
