Mr CEO make this lovely man your manager

After 2 months of ignoring, mocking no call backs and answers from the manager Mrs Thando Qobose like \I haven't received any emails from you. My call was finally answered by a lovley young man Mr Sanele Jasela. He promised me that he would phone me back in 20min, once again I thought how will this be possible if i had the worst service from the manager. And there the call was 20min later and my problem was resolved. It took him 20 min and your manager 2 months and pending. So my question to you is Mr CEO Why why why would Mrs Qobose be in this position (who was so rude and usless by the way) and Mr Jasela not?. If you have any respect for your customers fire that so called manager and promote Mr Jasela cause we need people like him in customer care.....isn't customer care what it says?.....CUSTOMER CARE!!!! I want to thank you Mr Jasela for the kind manner in which you handled me and your efficient customer service and I hope your boss care enough about his customers and that he promotes you....."
