MOST PATHETIC HOSPITAL PLAN SERVICE PROVIDER
YOUR ORGANISATION IS SITTING WITH OVER R12000.00 IN PREMIUMS THAT I'VE PAID OVER THE LAST YEAR OR SO. I FIND IT VERY APPALLING THAT YOU COULDN'T EVEN PAY A LOUSY R700.00 FOR A MEAGRE X-RAY THAT I REQUIRED ON 13/10/2015. - AND PLEASE DON'T HIT ME WITH THAT ***** CLAUSE NUMBER THAT \ SO & SO STATES THAT"...!!! .- THE BIGGER PICTURE HERE IS THAT YOU'RE SITTING WITH THOUSANDS OF RANDS OF MY MONEY & YOU CAN'T EVEN DEPART WITH A LOUSY R700.00 OF MY MONEY !!! <br> PLEASE DON'T REFER TO YOURSELVES AS SERVICE PROVIDERS BECAUSE YOU'RE DEFINATELY FAR OFF THE MARK !!! As per our telephonic discussion, please note that the plan you are currently on, only provides cover for in-hospital claims.
The radiology claim you requested us to cover cannot be matched to any in-hospital admission, therefore we were unable to process your out of hospital radiology claim.
