Most of my invoices ...
Most of my invoices i submit on the oneplan app gets rejected because of bad quality but they accept the same invoice when i send it on WhatsApp, the services that they provide on WhatsApp are helpful and good

Kindly note should you experience any issues with uploading the invoice via the App, we have various alternative platforms that one can use to upload the invoices. Invoices can be sent to us via Whatsapp on *** / App Chat or an email can be sent to ***.
We have launched a new version of the Oneplan App which is version 46 (4.4.10) for our Android users. Please kindly check if you have the most recent version of the App and please kindly ensure that all notifications are allowed for the App to fully work, however, should you experience any difficulties while using the Oneplan App, you may send a "call me back" request directly from the App and one of our friendly consultants will be in contact with the client.
Should you need any further assistance, our Whatsapp Team is available to assist you, Monday-Friday between 8:00-17:00 and Saturday 8:00-12:00. Please don't hesitate to pop us a message on ***.
