Most Disappointing Service!!!

I have sent through pop for two GP visits in November to date I am still awaiting payment. I have called in many times spoke to many consultants only to be told I will be paid and that has not yet happened. I am on the phone with One Plan and on hold for 31 mins already and still the consultant has me on hold. I refuse to put this phone down until I am paid for my claims. This is the most unacceptable service.
