Most caring and efficient company plus great service from Eamonne Macfarlane
OnePlan is such a caring company that treats your pets like beloved friends, not like policy numbers. The service is always prompt and I've never had any problems with the app, the card, or the payments. When my dog, Zoe, passed away last month, the consultant I dealt with was really empathic and kind. She made me felt seen and it made a real difference in my grief. Then I was also so surprised to get a gift (scented candle plus a poem and handwritten card) delivered to my home via courier to share OnePlan's condolences with the loss of my Zoe. This was unexpected and really touched me. I am so happy with OnePlan that I took out a policy last week for my new puppy as well.
