Money Hungry Heartless *******.

This company is a joke. The consultants are useless, the app does not work and they are charging me for a duplicate claim despite being told to create the second claim by an operator!. The sales rep assures you that the neutering of a pet is fully covered it is NOT. My pet which we had spayed and apparently still owed R890.00 for passed away in October and despite informing OnePlan they did not take that into account as they happily deducted our payment for her for two months after her death. The never informed us that the spaying was not covered completely and that we owed money and never bothered to add my puppy until December despite getting her from the SPCA two weeks after Ruthie passed! So i was merely paying for a pet that had passed and was not covered for my little rescue. Only now when my puppy is unwell and needs to go for a minor check up and we attempted to place a claim did they come demanding R890.00. DO NOT use this insurance as they are only interested in one thing collecting their money, there is no communication (via email or phone) and no interest in the well being of the animal. DISGUSTING!
