Money grabbers

Oneplan Pet Insurance: a bunch of ****sters. I enquired about cover for my animals, and over the phone I gave my details, but asked for everything to be emailed to me. I then discussed it and decided it was just too expensive. I emailed the consultant back and explained that. I received no response from him. I DECLINED the debit order, but have had the full amount deducted for 3 months in a row now. As far as I am concerned, this is *****ing as I SAID I DO NOT WANT THE SERVICE. Stay away from Oneplan unless you want money ****** from your account month after month!!!!
