Misrepresentation of premiums
The premium stipulated on my policy schedule that I agreed to is R489 but you people just debited my account OVER 600, pay my money back and cancel everything, you are ******!!!!!! I'm gonna post the schedule and the screenshots of how much you debited my account.

Kindly note that the initiation fee of R160 that was debited together with your first premium was for the delivery of your Onecard. The card fees are once off and serves as an activation fee for your Onecard. You will receive your Oncard via courier within 30 days from receipt of your first premium.
