After a challenging claims issue this morning Mereshnie Dheepnarayan from OnePlan reached out to me within the hour and ensured that my problem was solved swiftly. She was patient, polite, and apologetic. If you look up effective in the dictionary you would probably find a picture of Ms Dheepnarayan. Thank you.
